Jennifer is a native of the Florida panhandle and enjoys living and investing in beautiful and vibrant, Amelia Island. She has been licensed in real estate in the state of Florida since 2001 and has extensive experience in real estate, financial planning and mortgage lending. She has previously served as the Vice-President of a registered investment advisory firm as well as a director of a Florida mortgage brokerage for many years. She particularly enjoys investment real estate, as it is a natural fit of strength and interest for her, both personally and professionally. She graduated from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where she earned a degree in Psychology. She enjoys the beach, travel, great food and spending time with family and friends.

Denis came to the team from one of the largest land real estate companies in the USA. Over the last decade he has been a successful real estate professional who adheres to a value system based on integrity, hard work and attention to detail Denis is driven by a philosophy incorporating respect and dignity of each individual. Denis has had an accomplished career as a senior level manager and consultant in the hospitality industry. He successfully managed or consulted for several businesses in the casino industry and has lived and worked in many countries around the world.
After living 20 years in England, then travelling the globe, he found the perfect place to bring up his family, and after 16 years living in Fernandina Beach, it is hard for him to imagine living anywhere else. Denis is a well known member of his community. When not deeply immersed in a real estate deal, you will usually find him with one, two or all three of his boys biking, doing the school run, fixing lunches , or having the "big talks" (regularly!). As a US Navy veteran and wife of a US Navy retiree, Amanda is well versed in relocations, thanks to 11 military moves to various states and countries. Over 15 years ago, the Navy brought Amanda and her family to Nassau county where they fell in love with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and decided to make this their home.
Amanda has had the privilege of homeschooling her children for much of their education. They have been members of the NCHE homeschool group where she enjoys teaching and organizing activities for adults and youth. Amanda loves hanging out with her family and has a passion for serving the community.
